Our client is Sri Lanka's Leading logistics partner, offering end-to-end transportation services over air, land and sea. The organization needed a system to help manage their IT infrastructure and security. With thousands of employees and multiple business units, the client wanted to implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This is an important step towards having IT security protocols that are globally accepted.
What services were procured
To develop an ISMS, Eureka first performed a gap assessment to find any shortcomings in the client’s security policies and procedures. This was then followed by the development of a comprehensive ISMS based on ISO 27001 and NIST, which included documenting an information security roadmap and mandatory security framework.
Results
The client will soon earn ISO 27001 Certification and will be recognized by partners and clients around the world. Eureka has substantially improved reliability and control of the company’s IT systems.
