In 2008 FJ&G was preparing to embark on an exciting period of digitalisation and embracing IT as fundamental to the business. However, they were worried they would not be able to find suitable IT talent or that such talent would not stay very long with a law firm given the limited scope for career advancement. ETP stepped in at this point and FJ&G has never looked back. ETP was able to quickly establish an IT infrastructure and connectivity solution that could provide the reliability, scalability and mitigation capabilities needed – all within budget and on time.
